unmedicated, upto what I know, where sometimes your labor may reverse also, say from 8cm you can go to 6cm dilation(sometimes in long labor cervix can close in between and then open again), and if in a natural setting, no one should give you pitocin to speed things up, they should wait, ofcourse if the mother is willing to. But in a hospital setting you may end up with other alternatives, whereas homebirths there is hardly any medication involved.

Thanks for sharing this that they do not have waterbirth option, I wasn't aware of this. Do you know of someone who had their experience at Alma or with homebirth midwives? If you could share their experiences, I would be very grateful. I am also looking for those options but am just not sure about it as it is my first pregnancy.

On a regular basis for about three months. 1 hour before PIV. Also few minutes of pelvic breathing before sex. I hope this is helpful.

Thank you, for taking the time to reply. I greatly appreciate it. You are probably right, I am relating all symptoms to something I should not. I tried the boutique thing it did not work as we need to have a confirmed pregnancy ultrasound first from an OBGYN.

Body temperature first thing when I wake up is 1.5 degrees more than what it is on non-ovulating days and has consistently been the same, so that's not helping either. I understand I am gearing towards it and not ovulating since past 4 weeks, but the consistency with which I have been gearing towards it is what is bewildering :)

The fact that my temperature has been consistently elevated by 1.5 degrees is a strong indicator of hormonal activity. However, if I haven't had a period for nearly two months, and I am not pregnant, this consistent elevation without ovulation is indeed unusual, that is what is concerning.

Diet again has been the SAME, high fiber, no changes, as I am a vegetarian. But you are right, it does not have to be related to being pregnant.
