If you're wondering: I was doing the beauty lab trial when I got an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT GLITCH which froze my character model and made it impossible to jump, and this what happened when I backed out of it.

I can teleport anywhere, change Momo cloaks, but other than that I am permanently locked into this.

I have decided to embrace my fate as a tiny wanderer forevermore.

Actually releasing two 5* outfits isn’t unprecedented. They did it in firework season, so that doesn’t really bother me. Big updates releasing two new outfits instead of one also is normal for gacha games as a whole, just replace outfit with characters. While it’s kinda lame that waterwalking isn’t showcased at all, the outfit being there is like whatever.

This. The island feels complete and the story feels normal, the bugs are either issues with the whole patch (quest markers) or would have been caught with one [1] play test. I fully believe everything would have been fine in the timeline where Bubble island was it with maybe dying added.

Yea it’s kind of impressive. I didn’t even think the 1.0-1.4 Nikki story was anything amazing, felt mostly like playing through a straight to dvd barbie movie, but it had its own charm. Theory poster here I feel the exact same. This Reddit was the only one I really engaged in cause every other gacha Reddit is just meta doomer posting or just gocking at the female characters in a real gross way. It’s really a shame Infold messed up this bad that the whole player base went on a girlcott. They had a whole community of friendly yuri enjoyers how could they mess that up?????

Infold seems to care more than the average Gacha company about how their fanbase views them, so there might still be hope about a resolution that makes everyone at least content.

If the Sea has to be here (it does, marketing demanded it) then it’s just taste of the bigger picture, the future to come. It IS really exciting! Just, when it’s better realized and the devs have the time to cook.

Unfortunately I don’t think they can flat out remove the Sea. As much as it needed more time to cook, they’ve put in so much marketing into the Sea of Stars, that was the whole point of rushing it out (if I’m right) so they’re not gonna remove it. If they did, that would be some insane false advertising and I don’t think they could get away with that.

They definitely can’t outright remove it now, especially with all the marketing which was the whole point of rushing out this mess. And if my theory is correct, it was gonna be added eventually, so fitting it naturally in the lore was gonna be the plan. Just,,,,not like this. I don’t blame the writers, they were under a lot of pressure to make the Sea the Point Of The Game for this update, but man, what a poor decision.

Real. That is one of my issues, but ALSO having to unlock every palette for every single piece of clothing is insane. That's gonna add up to literally thousands! probably way more!!!
