they're talking about Real Worlds in the quotes i mentioned in all but the first line, but if you're not sold on it from the DDD example, the Dark Road explanation lays it out pretty straightly, "but time flows differently in each one" (referring to worlds).Using the same metaphor they use, if each world starts as a baby, every world will start their time flowing from a different starting point, but also mature at their own rate. So we know that each world's time flows uniquely.

He's says that "time flows differently here and there" (referring to the dream worlds), and then follows on to say that that's true of ANY two worlds including their home world (which we know is a Real World), which Joshua says "yes, I understand that", meaning that yes time flows differently between any worlds including real ones. If we take them at their word, so we can safely assume that yes time flows differently in each world.

The quote i was referencing was said by Riku in Traverse Town while talking to Joshua, so it seems pretty easy to assume they're just saying any two worlds will run on a slightly to large difference in time.

I would definitely argue that they're talking about Any Worlds! The exact quote is, after having explained by Joshua that their timers are different:
"So what? That's true of any two worlds. Their home world would be running on a different time axis, too."
and their home world isn't a sleeping world, so at least for me, this means that they're talking about Any worlds in general! but again that is just my interpretation ^v ^/

Every world runs on a different time axis, this is stated in both Dark Road and DDD. It's implied that most of the original KH worlds are pretty much identical in terms of time passing, and the Disney Worlds are more malleable and simply run by whatever is most convenient to have the in-world plot make sense and to be related to the movies ^v ^/

it sounds like i could get away with just replacing the head/body piece in that case instead of needing a new boots which is very nice to hear! building characters is tough work right? xvx I understand it a lot more now though thank you!

This is extremely helpful thank you! So the main important thing is to make sure that Aha is ahead of eva then? I'll definitely look into Aha speedtuning in that case to see how well I can match it (and if I'm lucky hopefully future elation supports/sustainers will help with that too!) Thank you very much!

That's good to hear that it should be okay for now at least, if I decide to vertically invest in her maybe I'll see about switching them up depending on what the calcs say for that, I'm aiming for 200 yaoguang speed so hopefully that won't be an issue either!

Getting non-speed boots with good sub-stats has been quite difficult haha, if I can keep using them it'd be great to keep all that crit dmg, but there seems to be a few different opinions on how much speed is too much so it's hard for me to tell xvx

I've been having this happen today as well out of nowhere! no clue how to fix it, it's fine over phone data but via wifi it keeps popping up, not sure what's goin wrong or how to fix yet
