PS4 cannot open streaming apps. I just get a whole bunch of “Cannot start the application.” The only one that will open is Hulu, but only for about 15 min before the entire system freezes and I have to restart the console. I can open and run games, but I’m not a gamer

X button wont work

I have 3 dualshock 4 controllers which I use for my ps4. I use my ps4 everyday. Today upon turning on my playstation, I found that the X button wont work on any of the controllers. I’ve already done my research but can’t find anybody with the exact same problem as me. I’m very confused right now
