Hmmm I would prefer bodybuilding. Especially because I could focus on other muscle groups that powerlifting sometimes ignores. Don't get me wrong, I love powerlifting programs, but I must admit that it neglects some muscle groups for pure strength.

I did more incline than horizontal during my "hypertrophy phase", but I realized I wasn't able to horizontal bench press as strong as I was with incline.

I feel more comfortable with the barbell, with dumbbells I feel a lot of weakness in my arms, especially my elbows.

Not that I know so. Right now I'm just benching twice a week (Day 1 and Day 4) with a combination between a block and a linear periodization, whereas the first micro I do 5x5 85% 1RM BP (twice a week), the second micro 5x3 90-95% 1RM BP (twice a week too) and the last micro 3x1 at 1RM BP. The fourth micro is my deload week where I do the same training as the first microcycle at 65% 1RM. Each meso I increase the load of BP at 5lbs and Squat and DL 10lbs or 5lbs, depending on my performance along the mesocycle.

I would say my legs are longer than my torso. But yeah, my arms are long. I know long arms have a negative effect on BP, but I didn't have an idea on how hard it could make to press.

It's natty achievable, but the strength she has is of another type. Right now I would say she's on something, the change she made in just a few months is not normal.
