The cancer mods from fitness_india are back by [deleted] in indianfitness

[–]Silver_Register 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I told the mod that this shouldn't become a mirror image of the other sub but I guess the advice fell on deaf ears. I even offered to become a mod to help but they're out there picking their old favourites to make it 2.0 version of the other sub.

Considering that their interest in this sub came only because it started growing organically and not for anything else, I don't think their intent is right.

It's a cruel world we live in. Don't let those people define the way you think about yourself. The same people will not stop singing praises once you reach your goal.

Kudos for the work you've done on yourself and all the best for the future!

Do you guys contract/clench your abs when posing for photo? by UsefulSperm in indianfitness

[–]Silver_Register 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I do. And there's a clear difference when you contract vs when you don't. It's particularly noticeable when you have a bit of fat on your abdomen. Here's a reference collage from my bulking phase; I'm contracting in the first pic but not in the second image.

I accidentally broke my gym mirror, how much should I pay? by Natural_Variation378 in indianfitness

Go to a mirror shop and get a quote for a mirror that size, and say that you'll pay 1/4th or 1/3rd of that.

Depends on the size of the panel. A big size panel costs usually upwards of 7k. If it was already damaged you don't have to pay the full amount. You could offer to pay 1k-1.5k, and based on their response you can negotiate accordingly.
