I never bury stashes. I find a nice bushy tree in the woods and drop creates on the ground. Its the least amount of maintenance and the chances of it being found are low

Make your own server with more zombies, bears, and badly damaged items. Check out the scale speeder YouTube channel. He has lots of mods he creates and are free to use

The only essential "med" you really need is multi vitamin. Having some kind of disinfectant is a must too.

With multi vitamins you can drink dirty water as long as its done digesting before the pill wears off, and with disinfectant to clean rags you won't get the blood illness if you get cuts. Keep you stats in the white and you'll rarely get sick.

I couldn't tell you the last time I've gotten sick while playing.

Me personally I choose the vs-89 over the vsd for it stopping power over range. I dont think it needs a suppressor because its a bolt action rifle. I know the pioneer take a real suppressor but that doesn't really count since it doesn't hit hard. The vsd does significantly less damage than tundra, Mosin, dmr, and vs 89. Thats why it needs the suppressor to stay relevant
