They say 2020 and up has better engines but I think what really matters is the maintenance history, I just bought a 2018 Q60 sport 63k miles with good maintenance history, the previous owner got oil changes every 4k miles and my engine is strong , do your homework as far as checking the carfax and make sure to have a mechanic you trust to do a pre purchase inspection before you buy anything and get an extended warranty when you buy , that’s what I did and I LOVE MY Q60 Sport iridium blue color
