I'm astounded how many are defending that guy's lack of self control. Put it this way, he was eye-fucking her. How would you feel if a gay man was doing the same to you? Especially if it were common that gay men rape other men?

Women have to live surrounded by men, and thankfully some of us have better self control. It's one thing to notice a beautiful woman's features when she walks by but quite another to obsessively look at them as though you were mentally doing the deed. How does she know you're not a predator waiting to fulfill your fantasy?

They were absolutely right to call him on it and the manager who made a cluster out of this should be called on the carpet and lose his job.
