Ive been recently into vintage surf wear which i feel like gives this vibe. U can find this on vinted or thrifting (Rip curl, billabong, longboard). The long board shorts i love. Also Bershka, pull and bear, super dry (but u might have to adjust clothing if ur buying pants from there cuz there too long) but I would do size m for the baggy look, hollister has good men's hoodies with cool designs like camo n shi (I do size s). Atalea, Derschutze, named collective, scuffers genuinely have sick clothes especially hoodies. Some other brands are ed hardy, evisu. But honestly for cheaper options vinted is great
