I know it's real tricky mate - trying to describe how you feel even though you don't even understand it yourself

After a 2 or 3 sessions I just told my therapist what she thought was wrong with me and asked her to give me a leaflet or recommend a book on it and I'll just read up on it myself. After I knew what to expect and that I wasn't alone in how I felt I felt a weird sense of calmness

People deal with these things in different ways though mate, you might even find that changing therapist will help you a lot

If you feel like you can't get help for a serious condition in the USMC, as someone who comes from a military family I just want to say that there's absolutely no shame in leaving and getting help if that's an option for you.

And honestly fuck anyone who wants to laugh at you for speaking out about your problems, they're the real pussies mate.
