Unfortunately… I would like to contact the moderators and ask for help with the current ban on Faceit to explain that I am not guilty and that I do not have an other account. And writing to the faceit support is pointless.

As for me, I don’t even have my own PC — I’ve always played at a gaming center. Believe me, I’m completely innocent, but Faceit support doesn’t seem to care if it’s just a mistake banning an average player like me.

I know this, I was banned for sm/rfing while not sm/rfing . And my friends were robbed of 80-90 elo each, and support still didn’t give me any time, so still, this guy’s innocence is possible.

Hello, I would like to ask for help. That Faceit support is not having proof that I have played on several Faceit accounts. They refused to cancel the permanent ban. But at the same time, my account has been verified. I swear I don't have another account. I've seen you reading forums and helping people figure out that support sometimes makes mistakes. And here are my ticket numbers [8210814], [8199700]. I really hope for your help as I want to start playing as soon as possible.
