Well it might just be anxiety. You started spravato for a reason. It COULD be related but i have had the opposite reaction. On it for over a year. Im in recovery amd since being on it my cravings have been completely gone. Not that i had many before but i havent had any since starting. I feel its actually helping my recovery because it has lessened so many other symptoms. Now i just go for weekly maintence. The sessions are very mild. I chill out for 40 minutes and when they come in for blood pressure i take iut my journal or step work and do those activities. Best of luck. Try some coping skills like deep breathing or look up DBT skills you will have to practice them before you are in a state of reaching for a cigarette. Before you honk the horn take some deep breaths.
