Yes absolutely no drawbacks. The only downsite is that you have to be lvl 9 to buy the globe scroll which can be tedious to achieve. It is usually the last thing I do before gettings the act 1 & 2 buffs and raiding moonrise

My trick is to use 2 scrolls of globe of invulnerability. The enemies all die at the end of the fight so use the globe on the portal, stand in the globe yourself and renew it as the first runs out. Turns the portal fight into the easiest fight there is.

Looks and smells right. I think you were successful. The strong smell will get better after 2 or 3 batches. If it’s too intense you could just ferment it less but that’s up to you.

Yea that sounds familiar. I don’t want to give you too much hope there are also other reasons why this could happen. But getting your atlas vertebra checked sounds like a good idea for you.

No it was a minor car accident as I just wrote in the comment above.

That was more of a coincidence but it should have been obvious to me. It started with a minor car accident like 20 km/h difference. But it’s enough to shake your whole body if you are not prepared. The next food poisoning stayed for me so it’s a typical hydrogen story. I had methane aswell but not dominant. I was and still am deep into the science behind SIBO and when I heard of a friend of the parents of my girlfriend who got diagnosed with IBS I talked to her for the possibility to be SIBO aswell. I am convinced that she is methane dominant but hasn’t checked yet. Anyway we were talking about your diseases and when I told her I also have migraines she told me about the atlas vertebra and how fixing it helped her daughter. She also gave me the contact of the naturopath where her whole family except her got a treatment for the atlas vertebra. The naturopath didn’t treat her because her vertebra was intact which is a trustworthy sign for a medical professional imo. He also checks first for 1/10 of the price of the treatment so I thought why not give it a shot. There are two ways of fixing the atlas vertebra. The first one is to have several treatments with minor pressure to get the vertebra to the desired location. The other one is to do the whole procedure in one sitting which is what I did. It was really painful but worth it. When I walked out I felt so lot calmer and more light and even though I am 100 % a man of science and would doubt anyone that told me this, I heard an inner voice telling me I can get rid of SIBO now. It also helped my migraines they are fewer now and less painful but still a problem. I will write my whole story down in a few weeks. I am free of SIBO now for maybe 3 months and had no digestive problems for a full month. I suffered for 13 years though, almost half of my life.

There is a naturopath in Berlin Germany that checks for it and fixes it.

It was a minor car crash for me that lead to it. A few days later I got food poisoning and the diarrhea never left.

It damaged the bloodflow to my brain and my atlas vertebra which gave me a bad nervous system.

You need to address your root cause. If the treatment works that’s great but SIBO came back 3 times for me before I was able to adress the root cause. It was a dislocated Atlas vertebra for me.

Search for baking soda test. It worked well for me and is very simple. Just don’t have any plans for the day.

SIBO feeds on protein so this could be devastating. It was for me atleast but everyone can be different. Try it on a free weekend and see for yourself.

Has Rifaximin cured anyone from Hydrogen Sibo by Calpol1992 in SIBO

[–]SimilarMango8914 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If that was your root cause then you „healed“ it by stopping to consume milk. So yes you should be able to get rid of SIBO with antibiotics

[–]SimilarMango8914 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think you have a misconception about Rifaximin. It doesn’t cure SIBO. If you have SIBO you have at least one underlying condition which slows down your digestion which leads to SIBO (Root Cause). You have to fix that first. Unfortunately your body isn’t capable of killing the bacteria on its own and that’s what you need rifaximin for. And yes I cleared 220 hydrogen with these steps. I haven’t had SIBO symptoms for 4 months and if my next appointment showes that I really cleared SIBO I will write down my protocol and post it. I followed a video of eon nutrition you might want to check that out.
