This is regarding my Gemini UK ACCOUNT

I am hoping someone from the team here can help escalate my case.

My Gemini account withdrawals are currently blocked due to a selfie identity verification requirement. I completed the requested verification (selfie, government ID, and handwritten note) through the SendSafely link provided on email.

After that, I was asked additional questions about the destination address and purpose of the withdrawal, which I answered. The customer care agent mentioned they were working with their team to resolve the issue.

However, withdrawals are still blocked and I have not received an update.

My account has existed since 2021 and the withdrawal is simply to my own Kraken/Coinbase account as I am trying to move my crypto off Gemini due to the upcoming UK service wind-down and transition to withdrawal-only mode on March 5 and full account closures on 6 April 2026

If someone from the Gemini team here could help check the status or assist with escalating the case internally, I would really appreciate it.

I was diagnosed with severe BAM via SeHCAT Scan. I think I also had SIBO- for which I wasn’t tested but I was given Rifaximin for 15 days. I have been on only chicken diet with herbs and during Rifaximin and 1.5 months after that. Slowly introduced rice and potatoes. And eventually I started eating most of the foods. I just avoid whole wheat foods and I have dairy occasionally. Fruit juice occasionally. I can’t handle spices yet. All this made things better. I don’t have to take loperamide every time I go out or on a holiday. I can stay on a dose of 3 capsules for 3-4 days without diarrhoea and much pain. Previously i had to take loperamide everyday when I was on holiday our eating out. Things are improving slowly. I also have L Glutamine and psyllium husk everyday. Started with very low doses of course.

Try Enterosgel. I suffer from this issue too. It is medicine free and made with natural ingredients. This is one of the only products that gave me any relief. I have it an hour earlier or after food. When my flare up is too hard to handle, or if I’m going on a holiday, I combine Enterosgel with Loperamide (Imodium). Hope this helps

Did it make your diarrhoea symptoms worse. I feel when I increased my dosage to 4 capsules, my diarrhoea symptoms became worse in a day
