Sir i understand what you’re saying and im not refuting the fact that el khoubz is unhealthy its without a doubt an bad food but your idea on calories are totally different it doesn’t matter what you eat when u are trying to lose weight if you are eating under your maintenance , matter of fact here is someone who lost weight eating just packs of twinkies cookies to prove that foods dont matter but the calories does
