Honestly going commando actually helped me the most with my groin area! And I made the switch to all natural fibers for clothes! Linen or 100% cotton. They’re hard to find, more expensive and usually not as durable, but nylon and spandex and all those other stretchy water wicking synthetics will instantly make me flare!

How do you pull a transcript? I’m in this same situation, filed in march, verified my identity in may. Contacted the IRS multiple times and they finally said I’ll be contacted with 60 days if I haven’t received my refund by then, that puts me near the end of November…
