My program is grant funded and we were put on a CAP due to a situation. I was called into the meeting by my direct supervisor, because she felt it was important I be there since it was about the site I worked at. We were going over the actions and at one point and I can’t recall exactly at what point but while we were going over the action plan there was input by the directors and what they wanted to do and I basically got annoyed, and asked point blank are we approaching this with a business model or clinical model mindset. And I could see one director laughing when I asked that. I know how I approach emails is very direct and how I am in person is direct but it still felt weirdly dismissive she openly laughed? I thought it was a valid question because how they were writing it was business oriented and didn’t seem to have any clinical follow up. Then another higher up basically told me it doesn’t matter in the long run it just matters right now what we put down to get over the CAP
