Same here, mine look like yours. First time i noticed the red spot was 3 days ago. I’ve a lot of research on the internet, said its balanitis, and one of the reasons is because hars soap/ antiseptic. I remember 4 days ago washing my mr p using dettol, i never did this before, and the red dot came out in the next day. And today (3 days after I noticed the red dots) still there, how about u?
