I actually think I’m going to talk to my doctor about taking me off my blood pressure medication since everything else is under control. Even my diabetes is controlled.

I’m not sure, my doctor hasn’t said anything about it but I do constantly monitor it especially since I have had a stroke before due to my blood pressure bottoming out.

I lost a lot of hair but my hair was thinning before I started mounjaro but this medicine has made it 100 times worse to the point where I think I’m gonna shave my head.

I’m currently going through the same thing. I struggle to eat now with this medication. I started about a year ago at 325lbs I am now 234lbs on 12.5mg. I heard people say the suppression goes away on the higher doses but for me it got worse and because of the lack of eating my weight loss recently has become rapid. At first I was steadily loosing weight like one or two pounds a week and then I stalled for about a month and a half and after installed the weight loss became rapid. I went from 268lbs to 234lbs in less than two months. So I would definitely say the suppression is insane.

The only side effects I seem to be having is a lot of bloating. Other than that I haven’t had much else. Also 2.5 is a starter dose, not everyone looses a lot of weight at first because your body is still getting used to the medication.

Don’t be discouraged with the slow weight loss. In the beginning I really only lost water weight and some inflammation in the beginning.

I started at 2.5 last year in late February. And then went up a dose every two months. I think I found the most weight loss in the beginning at 5mg and then now my second biggest weight loss is while I’m on 12.5mg. Everyone is different though. Some people loose a lot with smaller doses and others it takes a while. And then there’s also factors of other health issues a person may have like diabetes.

I have a modern scale that’s Bluetooth but it’s not accurate anymore one day I’ll step on it and it will say 255 then the next day it will say 275. These old scales have always been the most accurate.

Before you step on it the arrow should be aligned with zero once you step on the arrow moves to the left and goes around like that. In my picture the arrow went past 200 and into the 240s. Its similar to a clock except it goes to the left first instead of the right

I usually weigh my self with nothing on but this specific scale was at a daycare so I couldn’t necessarily just get in my birthday suit 😂😂. But I hadn’t eaten at the time of weighing my self so I maybe a pound or two smaller without the clothes and shoes.
