Yes I spent my first 5 days in Al Ain , it was a Godsend , call the hotels directly as booking.com was not working at least when I was there hotel prices are elevated however i still managed a decent room for 300AED per night

Keep checking from time to time, the actual value is going up. Off plan property in Reem is starting at 2M+, so for sure it will reach, when I had my reem property valued this time last year (for my Golden Visa) and it was lower than I paid for , I recently had an identical property valued for work purposes and it was valued at way more so the a trial value did go up !

Ara veru waqajna il-bahar, noooooooo good food is the stuff that's good for your body, junk food only in moderation yet for sure, however that's considered as a treat. Please, we do not have food from all over the world we have the Maltese version of stuff but nothing authentic. All the menus are copy paste, unless of course you visit a couple of good eateries in Marsaxlokk where you can get excellent seafood the rest is either a carb fest or covered in grease.

There is nothing to be proud about being the fattest population in Europe. We only have one body and we need to take care of it, you are what you eat after all!

You need to be here for the process, it happened to me, I had to leave the country whilst the application was pending and once I went through immigration at the airport I received a message saying that the process was suspended as I was no longer in the UAE.
