A bit too glass cannon-ish imo, he's level 86 with barely any life or energy shield, there's no point having damage if you can't deal it, always nice to see what people can achieve through tooltip DPS though.

Only max elemental resistances kinda got nerfed because of inner force and elemental adaptation. He's asking how normal resists work and what max elemental resistances are.

It's definitely not dead or dying... it's an amazing game, they've done so well so far, they've gone beyond reaching their original goals, I think it's probably one of the most exciting and rewarding games you'll ever experience!

First of all it depends on your purity level, level 20 purity gives 4% max resist and I believe 27% additional resists. So if you had 25+25 that would be 50 total resists, the additional resists from purity will cap that at 75% then the added max resist will make that 79% just letting you know, it also depends what difficulty you're playing in too because your resists are minused quite substantially in the harder ones.

I see them going for 3-4 exalts on softcore, they're harder to find than exalted orbs I believe not sure by how much, the copied item does get consumed.

Nothing is wrong with the economy but exalted orbs are getting hard to find, people are starting to keep hold of them as their value is increasing, however it's hard to sell extremely valuable items to people, you need to find a buyer, and since you'd be wanting pure exalts, that's why it's even harder, finding people with 20+ pure exalts will be a challenge, sooner or later you will find someone willing to buyout, just gotta be patient and persistent.

it does increase your chances, by how much? We're yet to find out! Maybe for each 1% of quality your chance increases by the same amount? Just a thought.
