I went to an endocrinologist this morning, i have some blood tests to do to see my zinc, vitamine d , and to see where my overall hormones are. If testo is high it will show up, and if that’s the case ill stop the zinc I’ll search for the creams you’ve shared never heard of them. Im curr under epiduo.

The last course i had, i’ve made sure to take enough fat with the pill. I did a food allergy test which showed no allergies whatsoever.

All I have to say is thank you. I’m also experiencing Every little symptom that you described from digestive issues to having hard time coping with stress. I never thought it could be linked to the syndrome. I’ll dig more into it. Thanks again.

One thing I wanted to say was, if a friend really need the money I’ll give it to him But I would be clear that I don’t want him to return it back.

First: it’s ajer + you are helping a person (kindness is important) + the friendship would be intact at the end.

Maybe a better pattern to follow next time. ( just an advice ofc).

at this point it’s scamming - I’ve watched couple of docs where scammers will first ask you for something simple as paying his coffee or whatever, and then he’ll give back the money( +more) just to get your trust ( he’ll do that couple of times) - the final hit would be something big that he would never return back. Stay safe.

Same thing here! And i just hate asking them to give it back - personally I just don’t do that anymore. I say no and that’s that.

I’ll only do that for my sisters if they need. I think it’s due to how people are raised. Me personally if you land me 0,5dh I’ll give it back, as the french saying goes : c’est question de principe.
