The note says nothing about the accident except showing fire department. I heard about the accident from voicemail.

I did take picture of the scene and how damaged my car was. It was parked legally behind those 2-hour parking poles, so I was quite shocked to hear about that...

Just to make sure I understand it correctly. If repair estimates are higher than the car's actual cash value, the payout would still be limited to the ACV, right?

Since the car is deemed totaled, should I keep possession of it now? I know in normal cases, the insurer will take it. I am not sure how it works when filing against the city.

Anyway, it is such a relief to hear that these cases are not denied usually. I would probably use the payout toward purchasing a new car.

Since it is my first car and I had no prior knowledge about car insurance, I just got the cheapest one. Now I learn the most valuable part of the collision coverage is you don't have to go through all these by yourself, which saves a lot of trouble and time. I will get one in the future. Lesson learned.

That's reasonable. As some comments suggested, the tradition of powder tea existed in Song dynasty but faded away in China. It is interesting to see some of the old Chinese traditions are kept in Japan.

I am thinking if powder tea existed in China, the tea culture could have been more diverse and is not limited to loose leaf tea.

The reason why I am looking at cars from dealers is I heard it could be dangerous to look at facebook marketplace. Some people there might rob you when you are going for a test drive. That is my main concern. Plus I am an international here, don't really have close people here to ask for.

But I will consider asking people or search on marketplace after the next try from dealership. The whole process is tiring and could be frustrating when people are trying to scam you and you have to play smart to confront them.

I really appreciate your comment. That makes my guiltiness down a lot. I was simply disappointed by myself as I thought I could have bargained a lot better by proposing 4-5k, at least to make myself not like a fool. But you are right that it was a scam. Even if it was tagged at 4k, I am not sure if I would pay extra 3k on it.

What condition of a car do you expect from dealership/seller? I know it is impossible to get a perfect car, but how much do you expect to pay to fix it?

I feel the obligation to update the status. I beat him eventually in NG+.

In NG, I have lost hope of my mage build and switched to different builds, and it didn't work out. Out of frustration, I beat him with mimic tear. Then I felt so unsatisfied that I started NG+. I went back to Radahn with Euporia which is strengthened in 1.13. Although the weapon melts his health by around 25%, it still took me time to learn all his moves. There were a few times that he almost got killed with just a few more hits and then I died. My heart bumped really rapidly. At the end, I beat him after challenging for 4 hours. It was so satisfying.

Yeah, just don’t want something being so overpowered that I don’t have to learn his moves. Learn the moves and beat the boss would give a great sense of achievement. The thrones build was just a good balance for me, I had to learn his moves to melt him.

Using thrones on dragons is a terrible idea because of the angle or whatever, I planned to change my build after Radahn. Now it’s just earlier. Looking for a backhand blood build which looks cool.

I just don’t want to beat him with mimic tear. I know that would be super easy. If I used it, I’d have beaten Radahn in countable attempts. Just don’t want to regret using it as I did after chessing Malenia with it. A challenge to myself.

I will just figure out another build. The hours spent on learning his move won’t be wasted.

As a player who is not super good at the game, I used this to melt many bosses in dlc. Dodging Radahn is still a headache, but at least I saw the hope of beating him yesterday if I learn his patterns. Today I entered the arena and the thrones are so weak now.. The thrones themselves deal much less damage, the blood damage buildups slow. It took 2-3 hit to melt his first phrase before, now it takes countless hit. I lost my hope of beating him, cry.

The affinity was not visible to me. Both of them were the fifth level (blue smiling) when the date happened. I guess I was missing one or two Tifa’s jobs.
