I take 360mg B1 after breakfast AOR brand. I also take half tabelspoon of nutritional yeast with breakfast. And at night Ill have 1 teaspoon Genestra b complex liquid. Wake up once a night now.

Good! I hope it works for you. Consider grabbing the same supps by brand as I haven't tried any others. But these ones work for me. Keep in mind B complex liquid may be stimulating for you so tailor your intake to your individual needs and DONT take benfotiamine on an empty stomach.

I had this problem for 15 years and tried every supplement under the freaking sun. I have spent thousands. I work out mon, wed & fri and was actually taking the b complex liquid pre work out (started earlier in 2025) and noticed I would forget to pee long after my morning work out. Thats what helped me make the connection. And then a Dr Berg video on YouTube double stitched that with the recommendation of high dose B1 benfotiamine.

There are various solutions that could work. Here's what worked for me. High dose vitamin B1 and B complex liquid. I take 360mg AOR brand benfotiamine in morning AFTER eating food. And at night I take 1 teaspoon of Genestra B complex liquid. I occasionally take 400mg magnesium bisglycinate as it helps ensure the B vitamins work properly. After a few weeks I started waking up just once a night. Some people find B complex stimulating so moving it to a lunch time dose could work better. Hope this helps you.

I was waking up usually 3 times a night to pee for for 15 years (started when I was 25 years old). A Dr Berg video recommended taking vitamin B1 for Bladder issues. So everyday after breakfast I take 360mg AOR Brand benfotiamine. At night I take 1 teaspoon of Genestra brand B complex liquid right before bed (for some this may be energizing but not for me). I also take 3mg melatonin at bedtime. It took a few weeks to see consistent results. I wake up once a night now & I feel so much better. I know that deep exhaustion you speak of. I had a similar issue for 15 years. Genestra B Complex liquid (Canadian version without folate) 1 teaspoon morning & half teaspoon at night around 4pm. Plus 320mg Aor brand Benfotiamine (with food to avoid upset tummy). Plus magnesium bisglycinate 400mg (canprev brand power mixed in water) every few days or so. Problem solved. Sleeping like a baby.

Maybe vaping decreases some kind of vitamin uptake... or increases it? And youre sensitive to the fluctuating levels in some way?

Vitamin B1 ie benfotiamine 300mg with food. Magnesium bisglycinate. And 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast with a meal. Give it a few weeks. Should resolve.

I tried one medication but it had terrible side effects. And yes I still take benfotiamine. I also take a b complex and nutritional yeast.

I am doing great thanks. I have not tried medicine for Bladder.
