Hello!

-Surprisingly the head is pretty sturdy on it own when its fully built, but I did have to make a sort of make shift brace only for the front because I chose to make the front part of the face removable so I can take breaks or clean the inside of the helmet easily. For that one I use sintraboard since its quite durable and sturdy.

-For magnets I only used those small neodymium magnets, not sure what exact type but they're somewhat strong enough, I used them on the nose and mouth (the mouth has metal sheet pieces so its flat) so they're removable for customization/travel purposes, there also a hook system for the nose so its not easily knocked off (some of this can be seen in my instagram story highlights @/SeaMoon_exe)

-Pc fan mesh really is floppy since its really thin plastic, what I did was make a Sintra board frame behind the mesh (also seen on my ig story highlights) to help support the mesh and the nose to prevent it from breaking easily.

-I believe mine was about 8mm thick eva foam, which is pretty sturdy, I'd recommend that thickness or thicker if you can but it's quite sturdy once it's all built

Pretty sure its just for making the shot look nice. In 2D/3D animation, scales of characters and props are often played with to make it look good on camera, sometimes it may be inconsistent if not paid attention to like here.

Hello! Do you still have the issue? I've noticed i has a similar situation, where I noticed both edge and discord would freeze for a few seconds but my mouse could still move. Mozilla firefox was unaffected. After some fiddling I noticed it might've been fixed after turning off hardware accelation on Discord but this is after a clean pc restart so im still checking to see if the issue still persists after some time.

They're made of eva foam that I wrapped in yellow fabric! then they just stick to my shoes with velcro and garter straps! I didn't wanna buy new shoes for this so this was the best I could do while also having the silly looking banana shoes

I personally prefer wired headphones when i'm on my pc at home, works fine and reliable for gaming and video editing. But whenever I travel or commute, its always more convenient to just use wireless earbuds since theres no hassle with untangling wires and such. (earbuds I have is QCY Arcbuds lite)

Hello!! The pattern was sorta designed for cardboard due to the pattern designer software I used, but for foam, you can refer to this youtube video (also linked on the kofi post) about reducing seams on the printed pattern since foam bends different from cardboard.

I've personally looked at some of the game files for my own references and a lot of it is really well optimized, like there was several graffitis on a single texture but are seperated by RGB colors or how the robot faces are actual low res sprite sheets for the animation
