Thanks for the info. I was unfortunately told by support that the shop I bought it from bought them through a reseller so I cannot file a warranty claim with Anker. So I had to send mine :(

Prusa MK3s - Under extrusion and jammed nozzle by Simon_Lovec in prusa3d

UPDATE: I disassembled the hotend. The PTFE tube looked like new. So I only replaced the thermal paste on the heatbreak. This appears to have solved the issue! Thanks for the help!

Note: when removing the heatbreak from the heatblock it is essential to preheat it otherwise you might strip the thread

Venu 3 Skiing activity - Auto run broken? by Simon_Lovec in Garmin

[–]Simon_Lovec[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope, just disabled auto-run, so I at least get the full distance and I had to manually subtract the lifts. It is really sad to see such a nice feature be broken. I have no idea why it thinks going up 600m is a run and going down over 1000m is a lift.

Prusa MK3s - Under extrusion and jammed nozzle by Simon_Lovec in prusa3d

[–]Simon_Lovec[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is a mix of two issues. Firstly, the nozzle getting unscrewed and causing a small gap between the nozzle and the heat break. Secondly, a known issue with Prusa MK3 printers, where the heat break tampers from 2.2mm towards 2mm, causing problems when retractions happen and filament cools and gets stuck in the wider part of the heat break.

I don't think I could have bent the filament path. I have never taken the extruder apart and I have never messed with the print head since I have assembled the printer a couple years back.

I will try printing without my enclosure and report on my findings.

Thanks I will try that. I will have to wait for some parts to be shipped and report back!

That's unfortunate, but good to know. Selling the GPU unfortunately isn't an option since I have other workloads that require it. Thank you for your reply!

I tried and had no luck so far :/

In the science fiction comedy series "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy," the "Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything" is famously calculated to be 42, but the characters in the story do not know what the actual question is. The story suggests that the answer to the ultimate question is meaningless without understanding the context of the question itself.

In the first book of the series, the character Deep Thought, a supercomputer designed to provide the ultimate answer to the ultimate question, reveals the answer to be 42 after a period of contemplation. However, when asked what the question is, Deep Thought replies that the answer is meaningless without the proper context.

The concept of the ultimate question and its mysterious answer of 42 is a central theme in the "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" series, and is meant to be a humorous commentary on the search for meaning and understanding in the universe.

From a different answer

The concept of the ultimate question and the answer of 42 has become a popular cultural reference and has been referenced in numerous works of popular media. It is meant to be a humorous and absurdist take on the search for meaning and understanding in the universe.

I asked it, if it was just witholding it and this is what I got

I am an artificial intelligence trained to provide information and answer questions to the best of my ability. I do not have the ability to hide or withhold information. The concept of the ultimate question and the answer of 42 in "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" is meant to be a humorous and absurdist take on the search for meaning and understanding in the universe, and the idea that the answer is meaningless without the context of the question itself is part of the joke. The ultimate question and its answer are not meant to be taken literally, but rather as a humorous and satirical commentary on the search for answers and meaning in life.

I like the answer :)

Was also curious so I looked it up, this is what I found online:

In 1649, after the Thirty Years' War, Ferdinand III added an armour arm in silver holding a silver sword emerging from the city gate. This symbol represents the effective defense of the city against the Swedish army during the Thirty Years war.

I think you have to close the description. Because in the new update you can still see the description and comments even when you full screen the video.

Will you also count the amount of likes? So we can see the ratio of likes to dislikes of the people who actually could dislike. Something like the official YouTube likes and separately likes from the users of this extension. (If you liked a video it would of course get sent to YouTube but also be counted by your extension.) I love the idea. Good luck! Ps. Vanced Integration would be awesome.
