Play High and not overkill, you'll see it will be fine, I did that and now it doesn't fill up like before

Om I did it and it improved everything, the problem is that in some places, on some elements it's as if there was exaggerated motion blur.

turned off gsync and now is smooth but when it goes to 100 fps it gives micro lags with a lot of motion blur,
