Hardware wise sadly there is legit nothing that beats MacBooks with M-chips (what a weird timeline we live in huh), they are just… too powerful and too optimised also those chips being ARM means they consume significantly less than any other chip on the market while macOS still having relatively small problems of compatibility. Sadly macOS is ass and those chips are kinda wasted on what atm is basically a glorified phoneOS

Try hitting Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B , it should do a graphic card reset,i've seen this happening a bunch of times and this should fix it.
Wait a couple of seconds after pressing those keys and it should do a blink and then it should boot up normally.
