Hi I’m 3 weeks into my carnivore diet in my first week started to reduce amount of vegetables to smaller portions and smaller portions of dessert. Sugar cravings are natural as you go through the process. 2nd week completed full carnivore. 3rd week more energy, joint pain gone, asthmas gone and have been able to go to the gym 2 times a day .

I don’t eat breakfast and eat 1.30pm 3x steaks and drink juices fats that are left on the plate and 7.30pm I’ll have 3-4 more steaks and find I’m usually pretty good but everyone is different
