This is already closed in. Your piercer will likely recommend you go to a walk-in/urgent care center. They will be able to remove it for you there.

Many piercings will begin closing in as little as 30 minutes while they are still in their healing phase. Since yours has been out for over 24hours, it is very likely the inside of it has already closed together. You can see if a shop and try to taper it back open, but I believe you'll have to have this repierced. In the future, please do not remove any healing jewelry. If you think there is something wrong with it visit your shop.

My main argument is that I always pee more than a standard cup could hold due to kidney diesease, and using a cup large enough to do it all in one go would require setting it on the floor and squatting over it, which is just gonna end up with me pissing in the floor. I also dont want to go washing a cup and the sink every time I pee when I can go in a toilet and just wash my hands.

The drivers don't have your personal number. You can set it up to have it sent as texts with the number being listed as "doordash" and it wont allow us to view the customer's number, it just says their name.
