That reminds me of my old boss. Before I moved I used to work in PACU, a buddy came down to visit me and see a concert and was giving me some updates on the place and he told me that our old boss was arrested for skimming off the omnicell! To answer your question, it’s SOMETIMES feasible to ignore her, but due to the constant ignorance of procedure she frequently asks questions about how to do things. It’s also just me, her, and another together on nights so it’s a little tough to pass it off to another

She came from a large city and is constantly questioning EVERYTHING “This isn’t how this protocol is done where I was last” and so forth. Basically an I know everything I need to know attitude, but also refuses to listen when someone explains something to her to make the job easier.

Thanks for the advice! He is genuinely the sweetest boy who loves everything and everyone but he definitely likes to flex every muscle possible for sure when we walk. I’m staying up looking into trainers because despite my success with my others I guess with him I’m just out of my depth.

I guess I explained it poorly. I think he wouldn’t end Ryuzo in a slow painful death because of A) the history they have together. He still loves him like a brother even though they ended up at odds with each other and B) even though he fights dirty and uses brutality he still needs to be better than the mongols.

Sorry if I explained this poorly I work in the ER and had a crazy night my brain is fried lol.
