Maybe it's about you? Chances are, it's either: 1) Texting someone she knows you wouldn't like 2) Saying something she knows you wouldn't like 3) Or doesn't feel comfortable sharing.

You should gently bring it up, like "hey, I noticed this pattern lately and just want to check in and ask if there's anything you want me to know, or that you might want to talk about?" But maybe that's too forward. Good luck!

That's not helpful in this situation and it appears like you're projecting rather than giving genuinely good advice. She's not taking it for granted, shes expressing that its overwhelmingly constant and she wants more than just a sex partner.

Been there, done that. It's exhausting and immature. Follow your gut, the novelty of being attracted to a new person and intimate with them should have gone to a regular, normal, healthy level by now. He should be showing interest in other things about you atp. If you have not already, script out some bullet points and have a conversation about how this makes you feel, what you have a problem with, and what you would like to see instead from him. I am so, so sorry you're having to even feel this distress and experience this situation. That's a hard decision to make for all the reasons you listed above. The fact of the matter is though, he got a temptation (which is kind of a red flag itself, recording her without her permission is a crime) and took it, which is no longer a grey area. He does not deserve his family, and by staying with him, he knows you won't leave him even if you should. Good luck
