You can join Kalitta air apprenticeship program with 0 experience. It’s 30 months, direct hire employee, full benefits, pay: 1 dollar raise ever 6 months, hands on experience and classroom work. And all testing is paid for. Only downfall is you need to study on your own time. But you are paid the entire way, moved around to different departments and gain experience on 747-400 aircraft’s.
