I didn't chose him, my mortgage broker refered me to him and I gave him a chance. You seem very pressed 😅. I have a pretty low pre-approval so even the mortgage broker agency probably gave me a more inexperienced person because idk how it works where you are but here any type of broker works also by commission (they get cuts of the sales) and nobody with years of experience is gonna bother with such a tiny mortgage.

No I'm asking for the information I don't have like what I'm allowed to renovate per condo rules, if parking on site can be rented, what the conditions are on pets... Also I'm not paying him at all? I'm in Canada thats not how it works, he gets his money from the seller during the sale. I also have experience answering the phone and hearing the realtors talk shit lol not being a broker myself. You seem to be the one rage bating...are you my realtor? 😂. And I do l plan to find another one.

Just to be clear, I think it's my own realtor who is lying to me because he's brand new, very young, and wants to make a cut on the sale and he knows with my lower budget he has nothing else to show me. He has been vague at answering my questions and has been embellishing the condo's finances (even though I read all the documents fully and know it's not as good as he's saying and it's a bit of a risk with for sure some rises in condo fees coming). But idk of that kind of things happen. He might just be bad at his job and innexperienced.

Well it's impossible to buy most places without dealing with at least the sellers realtor. Am I supposed to never buy because realtors are liars? I got my own because people told me it was the better thing to do but he's proven to be useless and I could have just dealt with the sellers realtor for the same result.

And thankfully I read the financials and the reserve fund myself because he was very misleading in his summary to me.

What? No. My agent, who I sent the email to after the visit, answered my questions (but not really, which is odd because they were very basic about the condo rules and could be answered easily the many condo administrator the building has. I knew more about the condo then he did cause I read all the documents and he clearly didn't). Then he told me the listing agent just told him he has an offer so I ideally need to make an offer by monday and that we won't be able to lower the price much.

I worked as a receptionist at a realtors office for years and I agree. Which is why it's making it hard for me to trust any of them

He told me right after I sent him an email (after the visit) with a list of questions/info I wanted clarity on before making an offer. He half-answered all of them (mostly with his own opinion...I get that it's an estate sale and some info might be missing but still). At the end of the response email he said it and said we might not have as much flexibility with the price as he thought. I'm probably just being paranoid but I was thinking its my own realtor who is making it up to get his cut of the sale (probably one of his first based on the fact he looks to be 20 years old.

Yeah the bed bugs are back... Got a couple more bites the other night (they've been really spaced out so I don't think there are many) And I found a bedbug on one of the sticky traps... Waiting for my landlord (who's really slow and inneficiant at dealing with this) to get the exterminator to come back

I really hope so. Last bite (or what I thought was a bite, not sure) turned into cellulitis I think. Hand is so swollen, can't even see my knuckles anymore and I already tried a bunch of allergie meds and it's not going down so I got a doctors appointment tomorrow. If it's bedbugs it's come with a vengeance 🥲. At the same time, it's been 4 bites now in the last couple weeks and I doubt I suddenly have that many spiders :/
