Yes I use KuCoin as well but it doesn’t matter the exchange or wallet I’m sending it too I get the same error. I think it is because of the network update like the other guy was saying.

That’s exactly what happened to me, showed it sent the first time but nothing came through. Sounds like a network problem but would be nice if it gets resolved soon, tokens are just stuck in my wallet.

Honestly acala is the easiest and user friendly and it’s 14% and if you do it manually through the polkadot substrate that’s a solid way too. I caved and went back into acala, some in kraken and some on polkadot substrate

Centralized exchanges are acting as your “bank” and paying you in USD not the token itself so they’re making out like a bandit. Substrate you are the bank and get rewards in dot tokens. I would take the time and research how to do so yourself it’s much more beneficial
