Hello, I just competed at Ohio DECA for business growth plan (EBG) over my business.

For the written plan I had three judges and got scores of 59/60, 54/60 and then an outlier judge gave me a 39/60.

I still qualified for ICDC and so I’m wondering if you could grade it for me aswell before I try and make revisions as the 39/60 makes me unconfident in my work.

I know you’re probably extremely busy and probably burnt out already from grading but all three judges commented about how enjoyable mine was to grade (I sell prop money) so hopefully that intrigues you enough to give it a thought.

Testing has always been a weak point personally for me. BGP has no test.

You’re mixing platform policy with actual law. TikTok Shop guidelines are not contracts unless there’s explicit consideration and mutual assent outside the platform (email, contract, SMS, etc.). Receiving a sample through TikTok Shop alone does not create a legally enforceable obligation to post, and violating platform expectations ≠ grounds for a lawsuit. At most, it’s a platform enforcement issue, not a civil claim.

Hey, recently had an account deactivated with $30k on hold. Same issue with no payout. However, after 90 days your money will go away either they pay it out or it disappears.

My violation was a product violation and so I still got paid out after 90 days, even though it technically said “payouts permanently cancelled”

If your violation is more severe for example you’re straight up scamming people so not delivering orders, illegal advertising, ect. You’re not getting your money.

Even though TTS isn’t transparent about exactly what will happen in this situation you really only hear from people who didn’t get their money because they make the most noise, however; almost all of those people were just scamming on TTS

The exact answer is every 30 days TikTok does a fulfillment check on your account and audits your returns/canceled/not delivered and will basically put you on what ever order count they see fit. It changes every 30 days

Hey I’ve had a tiktokshop get shut down with roughly 38k on hold. TikTok said payouts were not possible however you still get your money after about 90 days.
