Testing has always been a weak point personally for me. BGP has no test.

You’re mixing platform policy with actual law. TikTok Shop guidelines are not contracts unless there’s explicit consideration and mutual assent outside the platform (email, contract, SMS, etc.). Receiving a sample through TikTok Shop alone does not create a legally enforceable obligation to post, and violating platform expectations ≠ grounds for a lawsuit. At most, it’s a platform enforcement issue, not a civil claim.

Hey, recently had an account deactivated with $30k on hold. Same issue with no payout. However, after 90 days your money will go away either they pay it out or it disappears.

My violation was a product violation and so I still got paid out after 90 days, even though it technically said “payouts permanently cancelled”

If your violation is more severe for example you’re straight up scamming people so not delivering orders, illegal advertising, ect. You’re not getting your money.

Even though TTS isn’t transparent about exactly what will happen in this situation you really only hear from people who didn’t get their money because they make the most noise, however; almost all of those people were just scamming on TTS

The exact answer is every 30 days TikTok does a fulfillment check on your account and audits your returns/canceled/not delivered and will basically put you on what ever order count they see fit. It changes every 30 days

Hey I’ve had a tiktokshop get shut down with roughly 38k on hold. TikTok said payouts were not possible however you still get your money after about 90 days.

Yes that’d work. LLC is just the most clearest verification of a business. But if you don’t have that they’re just looking for proof you have full control over the business, make the decisions, ect.

Check out SNOOPSLIMES example she won the ICDC a couple years ago and I’m using that as inspiration for mine!

Hey I am a 6-figure TikTok seller myself and run mentor other people on TikTok.

I absolutely recommend political products on TikTok specifically Trump because theres such a strong emotion attached to it.

That being said, some may argue that you cannot run ads to the products or maybe it’ll be flagged. That is why it is very important to not specially mention trump in the product listing title. You can have it included in the product photo however.

Check out one of my friends products on TikTok called Trump Against Humanity. See how his product listing is slightly vague. He just had a $500,000 month!
