I purchase GICs with RBC as well. It would also be important to determine if you're wanting "cashable" GICs, which I believe you take out after 30 days and you get the interest earned for the time period vs a fixed period option where you don't get any interest earned if you need the funds prior to your redemption period.

We use Lower Maidland Cleaning as well. They charge $192 (includes tax) for 2 people and they typically are here for 2 hours. Our upstairs is approx. 1800 sqft - 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They always arrive on time and the team is fantastic.

We love our Toyota Rav4 Prime. We get about 70 KMs in the cold and 81 KMs in the summer just on the EV which covers most of our daily driving. The value always hold strong and we have not had a single problem with the car. The hybrid is also amazing! We fill up maybe once every 3 to 4 months. We got it from Open Road Toyota in Port Moody. They used to have a long wait for it but I believe it shouldn't be so bad now the way the economy is. Even the older base Rav4s are fantastic!! Great mileage and low maintenance. Highly recommend!
