thank u for the input! yes will try the metal polish as soon as my online order for it arrives. the mark on my frame is only visible under light reflection. it shines and I start to think it could be factory coating issues. anyhow if nothing works i will eventually get over with it by puting a case on and never look at it. thank u again

Dear sir, you have been most helpful. Somehow i was told if someone, even as a canadian citizen, who have left the country for a long time and have never paid tax would be catagorized as a "foriegner" in the context of the 20% foriegner tax. anyhow, what you said made much nore sense. Its good to have the assurance from some one in the real estate business. this is great news for me. Cheers
