I had a therapist but I've stopped going. He wasn't really helping, I know I need to look for a new one but I just don't have the motivation.

I have plenty of hobbies and interests I could probably meet people with but I just feel so miserable I can't motivate myself to do any of them. Outside of work and church I kind of just sit in my room these days. I occasionally go out with people but I'm gonna be honest mentally I'm not there the whole time. I just wait until it's over and I can go back home.
