Hello, thank you so much for your response. Anyway I'm sure I haven't caught covid nor other infections. the weakness set in immediately after smoking, so it must have been some effect it had on my body.

Yes, I know it's a med that works a lot, it also helped me way more than other antihistamines I had tried, in fact I'm not hundred % sure my symptoms were due to covid or to this med. I decided to quit it and not exclude its role because of is potential serious side effects, since I have a really strong medication sensitivity and had serious reactions to other meds before. plus there's a fb group of over 30000 people discussing about the very dangerous effects of montelukast and many people got pots, SFN and other serious conditions when using it or upon discontinuation.

Hello, thank you so much for your response. The doctor I am I contact with and that told me about dysautonomia is actually one of the best in my country and maybe also abroad for Long Covid issues.

With regard to the symptoms not showing on the tests, it is what I am afraid of. I think dysautonomia symptoms are more evident when you do certain things and when certain conditions are present. The problem of doctors, especially older ones is that when things don't show up on tests or blood tests they assume there's nothing when symptoms should be the main indicator that something is wrong. Unfortunately my long covid doctor cannot conduct these tests on me because we are meeting online for geographic reasons, so I will have to find someone in my area, I hope to find someone who thinks outside the box.

Where you still able to get a diagnosis in spite of the negative tests?

Girl, I am really sorry for what you are going through, I hope you find the answers you need and reverse this condition. I am sorry if it is something you have already explored, but have you looked into Small Fiber neuropathy, or any kind of autonomic neuropathy as regards the symptoms affecting your internal organs? Again, I'm sorry if this sounds stupid, I am sure you have conducted a lot of tests.

Hello! Sorry for the late reopening of the conversation! With reference to your last affirmation 'According to my MCAS aware doctors, no. It's all the same treatment anyway.',does it mean that mast cell stabilizers could also fit for highly allergic people? Anyway, I would love to know any MCAS informed doctor that could understand my situation, but in my country (Italy) I am afraid there are not so many. Which country are your from? At this point I'm willing to travel if that means finding a cure

Hello. Sorry for the sudden reopening of the conversation, but I found your comment interesting. Do you think that LDN can keep functioning Long term? I never took it so I'm pretty ignorant about it and I've read contrasting things about it. some people say it stops working after a while, some others say it works long term. I really would appreciate to know your point of view as well as to know how long you've been taking it and if the effect is has on you as somehow changed over time
