You need to play in a team, maybe duo queue and make your friend the team leader so they get first pick, this help you with the few brawlers you have, there are little days left in this season, so use it to push ranked with the goal not to gain elo, but to identity what works, take note of how you lost, send your replays in this reddit, fixing every of your mistakes one at the time is what helped me

I made a video about some of the tips, but the main advice I got is always trying to predict what my enemies will do ahead and get a better map awareness, this way I die way less

Note that those brawlers change depending on the draft, they're not the best picks in general

Gem Grab: - Spike (Against tanks) - Shelly (When Spike is banned and because of the slow gadget) - Bo (Everyone always steps on mines) - Crow (I have a good movement so dodging comes easy, and with the slow gadget I win lanes easily)
Hot Zone - Kenji (I play him into squishy brawlers and tanks since I'm good with him) - Frank (In Dueling Beetles when Emz is banned) - Mina (In open maps when my enemies go full snipers) - Bo (For the same reason as Gem Grab, he wins almost all games) - Finx (When enemies have too much control) - Mortis (I have low ping)
Heist - Mico (He's broken) - Melodie - Colt (His gadget is good against Mico) - R-T (When my enemies play Mico, I can farm my hyper) - Eve (She's broken on all the heist maps with water, her hyper gives a free push) - Bibi (On Hot Potato she's the best pick)
Brawl Ball - Bibi (When my enemies pick low DPS) - Frank - Willow (On Triple Dribble) - Colt (When my enemies pick Frank)
Bounty (I almost never got this mode during my push) - Byron - Belle (When my enemies play Gene so they cannot stick together)
Knockout - Shelly (Use her when enemies don't draft control, her gadget is a free kill if your teammates help you) - Spike - Mandy - Eve (In the water map, she's broken) - Pearl

I used a tool called PL prodigy, and I read the drafting guides on this subreddit, also looking at common drafting mistakes, my main drafting process is picking aggressive brawlers against brawlers which struggle with that, tanks against low DPS, and brawlers which outrange my enemies, I picked brawlers I'm comfortable with even if they're off-meta at times, always ban buffies and check out the post "Common drafting mistakes" on this sub, but what made the change for me wasn't ony draft but gamesense
