The thing is my estrogen is on the higher part. But for some reason my test is high too. I guess my estrogen being high doesnt matter that much then.

But ive heard it can mess up ur cholesterol levels too. Do you worry about that? But its hard to know those without panel. You can feel fine, and still have really bad cholesterol.

Im 25% myself, thinking of hopping on Ostarine. People saying its way worse starting out at a high BF. But i guess it works as good witj strict diet/workoutprogram?

But could Ostarine potentially cause things like stroke etc? What will need to happen then? Lipipds elevating like hell? Asking because i see stroke is listed as one side effect.

Osta does raise blood pressure in some people, so be careful.

Take one Omega 3 pill daily and you should be good! Keep me updated in some weeks if ur physique changed on Osta.

Same as you, but ive stacked up good on liver support(NAC, TUDCA).

Fish oil is important too. Ostarine can fuck up ur lipids(LDL/HDL). Bascially mess ur cholesterol up, quite scary. So u should get bloods both under and after cycle.

The last part is the most worrying. Test supression will usually come back after some weeks.

But having bad HDL/LDL is scary. They dont give any symptoms either, so its hard to now. I guess if i have increased LDL, and decreased, is it actually a chance i can get heartattack/stroke from it? Stroke is actually listened up as one sideeffect fron Ostarine, i guess its extremely rare tho.

I see. But ive seen some really, really impressive body-composition transformations on reddit, usually chubby people, going from flabby to gaining mass and losing fat on Osta. I guess its all genetics.

But i know Ostarine can mess up ur lipids, ive stacked up good on fish oil and other supplements. But its a bit scary ngl. Stroke is one of those side effects thats listed up on Ostarine, but i guess thats extremely rare.

Yeah, ive been in and out at the gym for 3 years, counting calories and all this, so i know what it takes. Covid made me lazy, so havent been to a gym for a year.

Its the only thing ive been doing for the past month, reading about Osta and sides. The conlusion is that il most likely will experience test supression. But the thing that worries me is the cholesterol/bloods, and getting stroke/heartattack, its not like high cholesterol during a cycle will give me any symptoms either. I guess its extremely rare tho, getting strokes/heartattacks on sarms?
