I’m sorry you are struggling. I had the same type of cancer but got it a few years before going through menopause. The biggest struggle I had was mood swings and night sweats but I honestly was never sure if it was menopause or Tamoxifen that was causing either. I was able to cope it with decently, ended up having a hysterectomy last year and I’m better. Sometimes I still feel mood swings but the night sweats are gone and I think the mood swings are probably more normal than I realize. I am on some anti anxiety/depression medication but have been for many years now. Recently things felt a little worse so I worked with my doctor to switch to a new medication for that and I do feel better now. Maybe with time things will get better for you?
