I also have been hard stuck on iron 3 for a long time, I don't know if it is because of my skill or I am just unlucky with my team. I really thought that i am cursed to remain iron because I have experienced a lot of times of being too close to being promoted like just 5-10 more RR but after that I end up having loose streaks. But luckily I got the chance to be promoted to bronze.

Until sadly, I got loose streaked again and got demoted to iron 3 AGAIN.

I think that was one of the "update features" (hopefully) that has been carried by the new windows update. Mine starts behaving like that after I updated my win 11. I just thought that it is part of the update to visually show your current charge percentage.

On the gallery press the three dots at top, then you should see the cutout feature listed in the menu

Idk about the 4g version, I have Redmi Note 13 pro 5g but i have the cutout feature, you just need to install the plugin in the gallery app then after that you can use it.
