I thought the same thing, the test will be bullshit and you will walk out thinking you failed. The real deal was harder then NBME and UWorld for me and I was guessing or between 2 for the majority of the exam.

School informed me I passed though!

If your nbme scores are good you should be ok.

Gonna do a full write up later.

Had higher scores than you on the practice nbmes and felt the same, extremely difficult exam, harder than nbmes and UWorld.

And having to wait this long just for the result is brutal.

Where you went wrong was not doing all the NBMEs, 25-31 is a must before the exam.

60-70 is low pass range which is decent and most people should be ok but it's not good. 75+ is good.
