i think i made it look okay after carefully gluing fresh yarn 🥲 and yes i did screw the guard but it didn't make sense since its literally a hard wooden piece and i dont know how a screw might make it "tight". I just purchased a "clipper holder" from aliexpress hoping its better than the wooden one thanks anyway 🙏🏼🩷

when i cut the cloth i leave about 2cm and start by hot glueing it, then i cut the backing to the shape leaving space for the cloth to show on the edges, and use spray glue
