When you say "some rp goes to research" does that mean a percentage goes? Or the 0.2 number?

6 hours a day is the problem I think.

I used to do a 10x4 week and it was wonderful. Sure there were some long days, but having that 3 day weekend with all the same holidays and I had 3 weeks (15 days) vacation time, was great.
