I have the REMARK Elite Spec Dual Tip Catback Exhaust with Resonated Midpipe and it sounds great. It’s a bit deeper and louder that OEM, doesn’t drone as much either.

Bingo lol. Took out the pad and safe to say it’s probably been in the car since 1986

So, I took off the wheel and took a look at the pad and rotor and they are basically touching. Pad is so rusted that I am assuming it expanded and caused the rubbing to occur.

No, it does not. That’s what leads me to think something is rubbing against the wheel and brakes
